OUR MISSION
To provide a once weekly structured group road ride for cyclists wishing to ride with other cyclists on the Lower or Outer Cape Cod.
Lower & Outer Cape Cycling Club
The Idle Times Bike Shop Cycling Club will bring cyclists together across the Lower Cape and Outer Cape, offering local training opportunities without the need to travel beyond the region.
With some of the best road cycling routes in Massachusetts, the Lower and Outer Cape are ideal for riding—so we’re excited to provide a more structured environment for both local and visiting cyclists to train and explore these scenic roads.
Weekly Wednesday Group Ride

Join us for a scenic and social ride through Eastham.

Departing at 5:30 PM

188 Brackett Road, Eastham, MA
Distance:
Approximately 20 miles
Duration:
Just over 1 hour
Route:
4 laps of a 5-mile circuit
Highlights include Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Road, Cable Road, and Ocean View Drive
Pace: Moderate — this is a “no drop” ride (no rider left behind)
Experience Level: Open to the public, but some experience riding in a group on the road is recommended
Come enjoy the ride, take in some incredible views, and connect with fellow cyclists!
